A implementer job for Odoo-ERP and can learn quickly new industries management practices. 

Responsibilities

  • Classify customer requirements which will need configurations and which will need development.

  • Define configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed

  • Perform configuration tasks required by the client.

  • Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAs.

  • Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time and as in plan.

  • Full testing for the developer output and approve tasks. 

  • Capable to trainee users on various Odoo modules (remotely or onsite).

  • Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAs.

  • Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration.


Must Have

  • Very solid accounting background knowledge, and experience.

    ERP implementation experience is plus

    Previous knowledge in Odoo.

    Communication and presentation skills.

    Very good English skills.
