Responsibilities
Classify customer requirements which will need configurations and which will need development.
Define configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements.
Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed
Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAs.
Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time and as in plan.
Full testing for the developer output and approve tasks.
Capable to trainee users on various Odoo modules (remotely or onsite).
Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed SLAs.
Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration.
Must Have
Very solid accounting background knowledge, and experience.
ERP implementation experience is plus
Previous knowledge in Odoo.
Communication and presentation skills.
Very good English skills.
